Project Overview
Vanta Surfaces completed a full apartment renovation, updating the interior from the flooring and wall finishes to the bathroom, electrical systems, plumbing, and lighting.
The project included a full gut bathroom remodel, installation of new flooring throughout the apartment, large-format porcelain tile installation, interior painting, electrical and plumbing work, and modern lighting installation.
The finished apartment combines white marble-look tile, warm herringbone-pattern flooring, wood accents, and clean contemporary finishes. Each room has its own character while maintaining a consistent design throughout the home.
Complete Flooring Renovation
Flooring was a major part of this apartment remodeling project. Our team replaced the existing floors with two complementary finishes.
In the kitchen and hallway, large-format polished porcelain tiles with white marble patterns and subtle beige veining create a bright, continuous surface.
The living and dining areas feature wood-tone flooring installed in a herringbone pattern, adding warmth and texture to the interior.
Precise floor preparation, tile alignment, and transitions between materials were essential to achieving a clean finish across the different rooms.
Full Gut Bathroom Remodeling
The bathroom was completely renovated, including demolition, plumbing, electrical work, tile installation, and finishing.

The living room incorporates recessed ceiling lights and continuous LED lines that emphasize the ceiling geometry. Additional concealed lighting highlights the decorative wood wall panels.
In the kitchen, recessed ceiling fixtures and under-cabinet lighting provide practical illumination for food preparation and everyday use.
Living Room and Dining Area Renovation
The living and dining areas were updated with new herringbone-pattern flooring, freshly finished walls, and modern lighting.
Wood-tone architectural accents and built-in features create a warm contrast with the lighter surfaces. Recessed lighting, linear LEDs, and carefully finished ceiling details give the living room a contemporary appearance.
The transition from the marble-look tile flooring in the kitchen to the darker wood-tone flooring in the living area also helps define the different spaces without separating them visually.
Plumbing and Electrical Improvements
In addition to the visible interior finishes, the renovation included plumbing and electrical work to accommodate the updated bathroom, kitchen fixtures, and lighting installations.
These improvements were coordinated with flooring, tile installation, and painting to complete the apartment renovation as one project.
