Yes. We work with homeowners, renters where owner approval is provided, landlords, property managers, real estate professionals, and businesses. Project availability depends on the scope, location, building requirements, and schedule.

Vanta primarily serves projects throughout New York City. Availability for projects outside the city depends on the location, project size, and schedule.

Estimates and Pricing

Initial project reviews and estimates are generally provided after we receive enough information about the scope. Photos, measurements, plans, and a detailed description help us give you a faster and more accurate response. Some larger or more complex projects may require an on-site consultation before final pricing.

The initial estimate is based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if site conditions, measurements, material selections, building requirements, or the requested scope differ from the original information.

For approved projects, we provide written documentation describing the agreed scope, pricing, exclusions, payment structure, and other relevant project terms.

Scheduling and Project Process

We typically review new requests within one business day. Urgent requests should include the preferred completion date and a clear explanation of the issue in the project description.

Timing depends on the scope, site conditions, material availability, building access, inspections if applicable, and requested changes. We provide an estimated schedule after reviewing the project details.

It depends on the project. Many repair, painting, flooring, tile, and partial-renovation projects can be completed in occupied spaces with proper planning. Larger renovations may require areas to remain unused during certain phases.

Our team reviews the project information, may request additional photos or details, and then recommends the next step. That may include an initial estimate, a phone call, or an on-site consultation.

Materials and Preparation

Provide the project address, photos of the current condition, approximate measurements, the work you want completed, material preferences, your expected timeline, and any building or access restrictions. Floor plans and inspiration images are also helpful.

Yes. Vanta Surfaces is licensed as a New York City Home Improvement Contractor and carries general liability insurance. Additional documentation can be provided when required for a project or building.

Protection requirements are planned according to the project. This may include floor protection, dust barriers, covering furniture and fixtures, controlled material movement, daily cleanup, and compliance with building rules.

Payments, Changes, and Completion

Changes requested after the original scope is approved may affect pricing and scheduling. Additional work should be documented and approved before it is performed.

Debris handling depends on the agreed scope and property requirements. The estimate or project agreement should specify whether removal, hauling, building dumpster use, or disposal fees are included.

Available payment methods and payment schedules are confirmed in the estimate or project agreement. Deposits and progress payments may be required depending on the size and duration of the work.

Warranty terms depend on the type of work, materials, and project agreement. Any applicable workmanship warranty should be stated in the written project documentation.
