Case Study: Two Partition Walls, Paint-Ready Finish + Door Installation

Built two new partition walls inside a finished room to divide the space, including a framed opening for a new door.

Scope of work: layout and framing, drywall hung on both faces, all joints taped and finished to a Level 4 paint-ready surface, and one prehung door installed on a wood frame with casing both sides. The room was fully protected throughout – window, existing walls, and floor – and left clean.

Result: two square, solid walls ready for primer, and a door that hangs true with an even reveal. Framing through finish, one crew (2 days of work)
