Financial District Interior Painting – Blueground

Full interior repaint of a furnished residence in Manhattan’s Financial District, completed as a vendor project for Blueground. Scope covered walls, ceilings, and trim across the main living area in a soft neutral gray, selected to hold the light from the unit’s east-facing windows without flattening the space.

Work was executed around existing furniture and finished parquet flooring — surfaces protected, prepped, and patched before coating, with clean cut lines at the baseboards and ceiling. Occupied-unit turnaround, no damage to installed fixtures or floors, delivered on schedule for the next resident.
